SHIPPING POLICY
All local and national orders are collected and delivered by Fastway Couriers. Once orders have been collected they can take up to 7 days to be delivered. After collection we are no longer responsible for
the parcel and any complaints must be directed to Fastway. Uncollected orders will not be refunded.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We happily take back unworn items for Mumsy store credit.
Please ship new, unworn items in a secure mail bag to:
22 Almora Circle, Tokai, Cape Town, 7945.
Once received Mumsy will credit you for the amount originally paid for the item(s) excluding shipping.
This can be used for future purchases. Returns are welcome up to 7 days after receiving your purchase.
